1. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once an order has been shipped.

However, we may offer a free reshipment under the following conditions:


  • You received the wrong item
  • The package was damaged in transit
  • The package is held, lost, or seized in customs for more than 14 days

To request a reshipment, please contact our support team within 1–2 days of:


  • Receiving the incorrect or damaged order
  • Expected delivery date (in case of non-delivery)

All reshipment requests are reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of MyMedsParadise.


2. Return Policy

Due to safety, legal, and hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns of any products, including unopened items.

Returned medications cannot be reused or resold, and accepting returns would violate health and pharmacy regulations.


3. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
  • Once the shipping process begins, the order is final and non-refundable.
  • To request cancellation, contact support@mymedsparadise.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

4. Reporting a Problem

To report a problem with your order, please provide:


  • Your full name and order ID
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photo evidence (if applicable) of damaged or incorrect items
